In 2022, united by a shared commitment to addressing the needs of under-served communities both nationally and internationally, a group of visionary founders and an executive board—led by Dr. Alexia Asonganyi — came together to form what would become a driving force for sustainable and accountable change.
Our President and CEO, John Ndohtabi, is an American base certified Project Management Professional who is recognized as a philanthropist, a modern motivational leader, and a respected mentor in the self-development and wellness industry. His deep passion for self-realization and mental growth inspired the creation of PLAN GLOBAL —an initiative designed to build accessible, structured, and practical platforms for advancement in medical wellness and mental education.
Through thoughtfully developed programs, PLAN GLOBAL is dedicated to the fair distribution of resources and the implementation of impactful solutions that foster visible and lasting progress in the under-served communities we care
